Tajikistan earthquake : Tajikistan is shaken by a 72-magnitude earthquake.

On Thursday, a 7.2-magnitude earthquake rattled Tajikistan and was also felt strongly in China’s Xinjiang region. According to a regional authority, the earthquake across the border was felt powerfully, but no initial reports of injuries or losses have been received.

Presently, power and connectivity in Kashgar are operational. Numerous counties and cities in Kashgar and surrounding areas are within 300 kilometres of the epicentre. According to the China Earthquake Networks Centre, an earthquake occurred around 8.37 a.m. (CENC).
