Los Angeles Lakers vs. Sacramento Kings Expected Lineups, Match Predictions, Injuries

In an effort to restart their seasons, the ailing Los Angeles Lakers and the Sacramento Kings will face off on Friday at the Crypto.com Arena.
A regular season is frequently a breeze, and sides will have hit their straps up and running by the time they hit the 20-game mark, despite the fact that both teams have played 11 and 10 games, respectively. Despite the results that haven’t gone their way, it’s not necessary to panic just yet.
The Lakers have been a complete disappointment this season, in large part due to their poor shooting and unpredictable defence, which cost them games that they could have actually won. The Kings are in a better position (4-6 and 11th in the West), but the Lakers have been awful overall. After losing to the Los Angeles Clippers, they are now 2-9.
Losing both of their preseason games against Sacramento wasn’t indicative of how this matchup would go, but without LeBron James, Los Angeles will need some of its players to show up (left adductor strain).
After defeating the hot Cleveland Cavaliers 130–127, their opponents are feeling confident. Prior to that, they demonstrated some grit and spunk in a three-point loss to the Golden State Warriors, something the Lakers will need in addition to some solid balling.
We examine the predicted lineups, the injury report, and the forecast before of the match on Friday night.
Los Angeles Lakers Expected Lineups And Injury Updates
The Lakers are already short a shooter with LeBron James out of the next few games and Anthony Davis (back) and Lonnie Walker IV (illness) listed as questionable on ESPN. Davis, despite his back injury, persevered and played in all 10 games, only missing one.
Both Dennis Schroder and Thomas Bryant are scheduled to miss this game as they work their way back from separate thumb problems. Cole Swider’s foot injury to the navicular causes him to miss some basketball action as well.
The Lakers should revert to the lineup they used when James was out of the Utah Jazz match earlier this season. Troy Brown Jr (F), Kendrick Nunn (G), and Austin Reaves (G) ,Wenyen Gabriel (F), and Anthony Davis (C) will likely be the starters.
Sacramento Kings Expected Lineups And Injury Updates
Since there were no injuries reported from the Sacramento camp as of the time of writing, the entire roster would have been available to play. The Kings are likely to keep the starters who were instrumental in their victory over the Cavaliers.
Kevin Huerter (G), De’Aaron Fox (G), Harrison Barnes (F), Keegan Murray (F), and Domantas Sabonis (C) will be suiting up for the Kings.
