In India, Reliance Jio’s JioBook is now available for purchase. Customers can purchase the laptop for Rs. 15,799 through the company’s official online store.
Additionally, buyers can get a 10% immediate discount by using a credit or debit card.
Key characteristics of the JioBook include an 11.6-inch screen, a Snapdragon 665 SoC, 32GB of internal storage, and a battery life of more than eight hours.
A 720p webcam, prominent bezels, a plastic shell, a backlit keyboard, and a traditional style are all features of the JioBook laptop (2MP). It has numerous I/O ports available.
The device has a TN display that is 11.6 inches and HD (768×1366 pixels). There is only one “Jio Blue” colour available.
Twin microphones, 1.0W dual speakers, and a two-in-one audio connection for the headset are all built into the laptop.
A micro-SD card slot with up to 128GB of expandable storage, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, a USB 2.0 port, a USB 3.0 slot, an HDMI port, and compatibility for 4G SIM cards are just a few of the connectivity options available on the JioBook.
A Snapdragon 665 chipset, along with an Adreno 610 GPU, 2GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and 32GB of eMMC storage, power the JioBook laptop.
With a 5,000mAh battery and more than eight hours of battery life per charge, the smartphone runs on its own version of JioOS.
To properly disperse the heat, it also has a passive cooling system.
The initial asking price for the JioBook laptop on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) was Rs. 19,500. It has been made available to the general public, though, at an even lower cost of Rs. 15,799. Reliance Digital offers it for sale.
